160930aDive into the fun!

SEC recently completed this play bus conversion for The Community Bus. We transformed the double decker into a space where children can play and partake in a variety of activities. On the lower deck is a painting area, sand pit & toy storage facility, along with a toilet with sink and baby changing facilities. The upper deck boasts a kitchen area with sink & bespoke cupboards as well as seating, fold out bookshelves & additional storage at the rear of the bus.

The Bath Community bus will operate around the North East Somerset area & beyond holding activity sessions in many villages & estates.

160801aSEC being kept on their toes!

South East Coachworks have just converted this Citroen van into a Mobile Podiatry Vehicle for Kent Community NHS Trust. Firstly we divided the vehicle into a treatment room & waiting area, separated by two sliding doors. In the treatment room, we constructed lockable cupboards & installed a sink unit along with a specialist podiatry chair. In the waiting area we created a seating area & installed a wheelchair ramp for disabled access. CCTV cameras were installed throughout & an electrical hook up cable was fitted for the power supply.

Barry Jordan is the proud owner of EHO 913K a 1972 Fire Engine. Over the years we have carried out various repairs and restoration work on this vintage vehicle. This week we fitted a ‘soft tow’ towing hitch to the back so that it can tow a caravan for when it goes to rallies!

The Fire Engine will be returning to the workshops next February where it will be having some mechanical work undertaken.
